Pacific Ridge Construction was founded in 2004 and has become widely known throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties as a premiere high-end residential contracting firm dedicated to excellence in construction and always striving to exceed our clients’ expectations.
PRC offers generations of experience in hi-level craftsmanship by utilizing current technologies and both socially and environmentally conscious materials and practices. Our extensive team of quality individuals strive to fill homes with the treasure and beauty that originated from our client’s hearts and minds. Each project we do is considered to be an honor and something we take very seriously when we are entrusted in such a big decision in our clients lives.
We are committed to our clients and our team. We typically have about 30 employees on staff, many who have been with us for ten or more years. As a team, each one of us is dedicated to the highest level of standards and workmanship on all our projects. Through our construction experience and our professional commitment, the lifelong relationships developed have become the cornerstone of Pacific Ridge Construction.
Meet Jake Glavis
& Will Oswald
Jake and Will bring different skill-sets to the table which makes Pacific Ridge Construction a well rounded and extremely efficient company.
Jake Glavis
Jake started working in the trades at the age of 15. While in school he was accepted into the first of many amazing apprenticeship opportunities from some of the best craftsman in the Bay Area. It was then Jake new this was his passion and life-long journey of becoming a master builder. His affinity for masonry and high-end woodwork sharpened his skill sets that led to decades of building amazing homes throughout Marin and Sonoma. Jake has mastered many trades and as a general contractor has built an impressive reputation as one of the top firms in the Bay Area to work with. He is an avid cyclist, surfer and father of two amazing girls.
Will Oswald
Will spent the last 30 years juggling two careers. One as a San Francisco Firefighter Paramedic (Now Retired) and the other one working in construction management, managing projects in excess of $250 Million. Will has also been a real estate developer where he successfully built and sold a large multi family subdivision project in Sonoma County as well as several large luxury residential homes in Marin. He holds a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from Columbia University and is a Desert Storm Veteran from the U.S. Air Force where attended the US Air Force Fire Academy and received the Joint Service Achievement Medal for rescuing civilians from a burning aircraft during the Desert Storm War. He enjoys ocean fishing and is also a loving husband and father to three amazing girls. Will and Jake bring different skill-sets to the table which makes PRC a well rounded and extremely efficient company.
